Recruitment and employment of workers are handled together with licensed recruitment agencies in each source country and the employing contractors. Under our human resources consultancy activity we plan workforce requirements, assess and trade-test candidates, oversee training and manage mobilization — and where needed, we refer candidates to the right licensed partner.
Project planning and controls, bill-of-quantity (BOQ) and surveying studies, subcontractor coordination, site supervision and reporting, procurement and construction materials trading, and full workforce planning and mobilization management.
