Our base in Tamil Nadu
Our India office is Black Sea PMP's local base in one of the world's most important sources of skilled construction trades. It handles workforce planning, candidate assessment, training and mobilization coordination, supporting our projects across the Gulf and MENA. General Manager H. Gökhan Fitoz and mechanical engineer (M.Sc.) Erdal Ericek travelled to Tamil Nadu and spent the day working alongside the local team.
Post-training qualification exams: welding, rebar and written tests
Candidates in welding, steel fixing and formwork trades who completed the training delivered at our India office sat their qualification exams throughout the day — practical bench and booth tests, written exams and one-on-one interviews — scored by our own team and instructors. Candidates who pass join our pool and are put forward to employing contractors when a matching project opens.
